Michael is a seasoned construction expert and second generation builder with a lifetime of experience in the industry. For the past six years, he's specialized in crafting ultra-luxury spec homes and custom residences for discerning clients. This hands-on experience paired with a legacy of building know-how, gives him unique insight and a distinct edge in understanding what it takes to bring a high-end vision to life. With an unwavering attention to detail, Michael thrives in delivering perfection, making him a natural fit for the world of luxury homebuilding.
Kyle Rafferty
Kyle brings over a decade of experience in the construction industry under the family-owned general contracting business, KMR. As an owner’s representative, he focused on delivering what matters most to clients: value. By clearly understanding each client’s goals from the outset, Kyle was able to make informed decisions on their behalf—reducing unnecessary time demands on the client and keeping projects moving efficiently. His approach also emphasized minimizing liability and ensuring alignment between ownership and the construction team to manage and maintain accountability.
